Based in Australia and Hong Kong, we’ve been working alongside farmers for more than 20 years to supply exceptional produce to leading food distributors, restaurateurs, and chefs around the world.

We supply a range of seasonal fruit, vegetables, meat, seafood, pantry items and specialty products from makers, growers, producers and farmers across the globe.

To-Plate serves international markets across Asia, Europe, North America, and beyond. In 2023 we launched a joint venture distribution company with Waves Pacific to service Hong Kong, Macau, and eventually the Greater Bay Area of China. We are also planning to expand our operations to Singapore and North America in the coming year.

The To-Plate Group incorporates a group of companies that originated from Palaudin Consulting, a consulting company founded 18 years ago. Palaudin Consulting specialises in international trade consulting, training, in-market development, product launches, and change management. The To-Plate Group was established to expand our offerings into direct export and consolidation services.
