Celebrating Australian
Truffle Season 2025

Australian Truffle Season 2025

Australian Black Truffles are harvested during the Southern Hemisphere’s winter and arrive in Hong Kong at their freshest—just in time for summer menus. These truffles represent years of dedication, from farmers who carefully cultivate them to chefs who bring their unique qualities to life on the plate.

Read about the history of Black Truffle in Australia to learn how they’ve become a sought-after ingredient worldwide.

From Australian Farms to Hong Kong Tables

At To-Plate, we work with over 30 truffle farms across Australia, from Tasmania’s cool forests to the fertile soils of Western Australia.

With over 15 years of experience, we’ve built strong relationships with farmers to ensure chefs receive truffles of the highest quality and consistency.

We helped develop the grading standard for Australian truffles, giving chefs the confidence to select the perfect truffle for their needs. While some farms compromise by upgrading smaller truffles, our standards remain consistent year after year, ensuring only the best truffles make it to your kitchen.
